1.What CaseBrick is

CaseBrick is an interview-preparation and practice tool. It generates tailored questions, feedback, and coaching to help you prepare for and improve how you answer interviews. It is not career, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee that you will pass an interview or be hired. By using CaseBrick you agree to these terms.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CaseBrick — or older if your country sets a higher age of digital consent, in which case you must meet that age. CaseBrick is not directed to children under 13.

3.Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One account per person. Don't abuse the service or try to break it.

4.Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

CaseBrick Pro is an auto-renewable subscription — $7 USD per week, $20 USD per month, or $99 USD per year (or the equivalent shown in your local currency). The monthly and annual plans start with a 7-day free trial; the weekly plan starts right away.

Subscriptions are sold on the web only (casebrick.com). Your subscription is processed by Stripe and automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account or by emailing support@casebrick.com; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

The CaseBrick iOS app does not sell subscriptions. You cannot purchase Pro inside the app; there are no in-app purchases. Sign in there with your CaseBrick account and any Pro you bought on the web is available — to start, change, or cancel Pro, use the web.

5.Refunds

New subscriptions come with a money-back guarantee — if CaseBrick isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that initial purchase. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a new subscription, not to subsequent renewals. All subscriptions are purchased on the web, so we handle every refund directly through Stripe.

6.Promotional codes & credits

Separately from a Pro subscription, CaseBrick may grant mock-interview credits through promotional codes (for example a launch, referral, or partner code). These are free grants, not purchases: one credit is used each time you start a mock interview. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Any discount on a paid subscription is applied at checkout by Stripe.

7.Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your renewal, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect. The new price applies to renewals after that notice period; if you don't agree, cancel before the change takes effect and your subscription will end at the close of your current paid period.

8.Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions are sold on the web only. CaseBrick never sees or stores your full payment card details.

9.License & intellectual property

Subject to these terms, CaseBrick grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service. CaseBrick and its content, software, designs, and trademarks remain the property of CaseBrick and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.

10.Acceptable use

Don't use CaseBrick to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone, and don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with it.

11.Results & no guarantees

CaseBrick's questions, feedback, and scores are AI-generated estimates to help you practice — not a professional assessment or a prediction of results. Your delivery score comes from automated analysis of your recorded voice (signals such as pace, clarity, energy, and pauses), and your readiness number blends your role fit, how much you've practiced, and how you've delivered. Both are heuristic estimates: they can be affected by your microphone, background noise, and how you choose to practice, and they measure your practice — not your real interview performance. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any particular personal, academic, or professional outcome (such as passing an interview or being hired). CaseBrick is a practice tool; how you use it is up to you.

12.Disclaimer of warranties

CaseBrick is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

13.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseBrick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid CaseBrick in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using CaseBrick at any time. You can delete your account and data in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web, and you can request a copy of your data by emailing support@casebrick.com.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

16.Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be noted here with a fresh date. Continuing to use CaseBrick after a change means you accept the updated terms.
